Komen has stepped up to comment on the TSA issues now....

It is great that Komen has thought to put out a statement, but I was hoping that there would be a bit more information than what was posted. I personally have decided not to go through a scanner, because of the radiation risk if the scanner is not properly calibrated. Other organizations have posted more meaningful responses - factoids like the radiation exposure is equal to what you get from three minutes of air travel, etc.
